At Park 360 Physical Therapy, located in Richmond, VA, the practice of physical therapy and healing is based on the foundational truth that as long as root causes go unaddressed the resulting symptoms will persist.

Kind words
Kate is the most intelligent and delightful Physical Therapist that I have discovered in my wellness journey. I struggle with chronic pain and inflammation, and was recommended to 360 PT when my in-network Physical Therapist caused a sciatic nerve injury. This injury occurred because of my original PT not listening to my individual needs and just the flaws that come with public healthcare.
Kate was a godsend and I immediately felt safe around her and her office was such a safe space for recovery. She is extremely educated in her field, and her individual care for patients is unsurpassed. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, come up with a plan for recovery, and her dry needling skills are top notch. I am on the other side of the worst injury of my life, and I could not have done it without Kate’s assistance, knowledge, and general caregiving. I am going to continue to keep her on my wellness team and to see her regularly, because she is a tool in health that I cannot afford to lose! Cannot recommend her enough, truly a wonderful soul to work with ☺️ – D.H.
Dr. Kate is an amazing physical therapist. She combines the best of all the different practitioners I have seen over the years for my back and pelvic floor, and I have finally found long term relief from chronic pain. I saw her during my third pregnancy and had a successful birth, despite anxiety about how my body was going to hold up. Because of this, I have been able to start working out in a real capacity and feel athletic and strong again. I am so grateful! – E.R.
I couldn’t recommend Kate enough. Her approach is thoughtful and well rounded. She enthusiastically explains how our bodies work using applied research and experience. It is obvious that she is passionate about what she does and how it lends itself to her practice. In a few weeks Ii learned about micro muscles, diaphragm breath work, fascia, hormones, and more, all while helping to regulate what were very discomforting pelvic spasms. I am ship shape with the tools, notes, videos and education from Park 360. – A.P.
Kate is upbeat and positive and has an energy like no other. I have worked with her for two years and I choose to continue sessions with her because her programs and suggestions have helped me to recover in so many ways. She genuinely cares about helping her patients to feel better. She is brilliant and knowledgeable about how the body works and she shares her knowledge freely. She is a good listener, intuitive, kind, and patient and she meets me where I am in each and every session. I highly recommend Kate for physical therapy focused on women’s issues or regular physical therapy for mobility. – R.S.
